Appraisal services rendered by T. Haan & Associates can be paid by Check, Cash, Credit Card, and in some instances through escrow. Invoicing is available for most clients; however a $50.00 servicing charge is added to the cost of the appraisal. All invoiced files are to be paid in net 45 terms and additional fees may apply on delinquent accounts. Attorney fees will be included in all claims that are determined in the court of law.
