Purchase
Appraisals are necessary in all real estate transactions. Purchase appraisals (form 1007) require the purchase agreement (form 1003, which is the standard form completed by the buyers agent) initialed by the buyer and the seller. Purchase appraisals are completed within 3 business days of the inspection date. Fees for purchase appraisals vary depending on the complexity of the property, generally $350.00-$1,250.
Refinance
Appraisals are necessary in all real estate transactions. Refinance are generally completed on the form 1007 or 2055. 1007 reports are full appraisals, where form 2055 is considered drive-by appraisal reports. Your lender will distinguish which appraisal is necessary for your loan program. Fees for purchase appraisals vary depending on the complexity of the property, generally $350.00-$1,250.
AVM
Automated Valuation Modules are available to get a quick snapshot of value that is automatically generated using closed sales, demographics, location, and price per square foot, amongst other variables that ValuPoint considers in its database. Pricing varies depending on the package purchased; generally a $10.00 charge per AVM is standard.
Future value
Future value appraisals are completed for builders, and developers to determine the estimated value of a property that has not yet been completed based on an estimated completion date. The pricing is dependant upon the complexity of the property. Generally future value appraisals cost $450-$2,500, but contact us to get a quote on pricing. |

Plan Appraisals
Plan appraisals are completed for contractors and builders to determine the estimated value of a property that has not yet been completed based on a completion date of the date of inspection. The pricing is dependant upon the complexity of the property. Generally plan appraisals cost $350-$2,500, but contact us to get a quote on pricing.
Desk reviews
Desk review services are available in mass, or on an individual basis. Contact us for pricing. Generally desk reviews cost $75-$350 per desk review.
Field Reviews
